Very knowledgeable of Canadian history and great restaurant/activity recommendations throughout the tour. We were laughing all the way to Banff and back. He truly loves what he does and it shows! Our driver, Brian, also made the trip amazing! He went above and beyond just getting us to and from in safe manner. He was very friendly and funny as well. In between stops, he was constantly cleaning the bus and wiping down windows to make the views more pleasurable. Highly recommended this tour and extra bonus if you get to tour with Ben and Brian!

Everything went to plan. By and large great accommodation, comfortable bus and fun side trips. There was only a small group on the tour and all were fun travelling companions.

The standout for us was out tour guide and driver - Meghan. She absolutely made it special. Her energy, professionalism, good nature, general knowledge and tolerance did not go unnoticed. Every morning she greeted us with a big smile and happy demeanour and that is not easy with so many different personalities in a group tour.
We felt safe and secure at all times too, as her driving ability and skills were spot on.
She really made sure we were all looked after and that individual requests were honoured where possible.

In fact, it was so good we have decided to do another group tour next year in Europe. Fingers crossed it's as good as this one!
