Tour Description

Whistler, co-host of the 2010 Olympic Games, is only 2 hours from Vancouver and consistently ranked as the #1 ski resort in North America and features two amazing mountains with epic skiing and snowboarding conditions. If you don't ski or board then no problem, Whistler appeals to everyone with its all-encompassing range of activities and sights from thrilling adventures to more relaxing activities such as walking through nature, exploring the treasure trove of arts and culture, or enjoying the 200 shops and 90 restaurants and bars. Whistler is a true winter wonderland and has everything you will ever need to have the time of your life. Enjoy many scenic sightseeing stops on the way to Whistler along the beautiful Sea-to-Sky Highway and spend half the day in Whistler village.

Itinerary

Day 1   Vancouver to Whistler

* 8:15am (Sunday)
* Depart Vancouver from Canada Place (please arrive by 8:00am)
* Travel the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway
* Stop at Shannon Falls - one of the highest waterfalls in Canada!
* Arrive in Whistler and enjoy a guided tour of Whistler Village
* Visit the famous Squamish Lil'Wat Cultural Centre (included!), where you will learn all about First Nations history and culture in an interactive tour and displays.
* Option to take the sightseeing Gondola to the Peak of Whistler and experience the Peak to Peak Gondola which will take you to the Peak of Blackcomb mountain. Enjoy amazing views at the top.
* Leisure time to try on of many activities in Whistler 
* Return to Canada Place at approx 7:30pm

1. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Optional Activities should be booked and paid for in advance. We can not guarantee availability if you wait to book the day of the tour and the price of activities will increase if you do not order and pay in advance.

2. DEPARTURE TIME & LOCATION
Please arrive at Canada Place no later than 9:15am. The bus will leave right at 9:30am; we do not give refunds and you can not go on another tour if you arrive late.

3. ITEMS TO BRING
* Warm Clothing - it is cooler in Whistler and the temperature drops significantly at the top of the mountain.
