On this tour you'll travel over 2,000 kilometers, leaving the Province of British Columbia to Alberta, and even cross a time-zone! You will spend 1 night and day in Banff, the most famous town in the Rockies and have a free day to try an exciting winter activity like skiing/boarding either at Lake Louise or Sunshine Village, dog sledding or ice walking, or you can sleep in after a big night out on the town and enjoy the shops and sights of Banff.

Day 1   Vancouver to Sicamous

• 1:15pm - Depart Vancouver from Canada Place (please arrive at 12:45pm)
• The fun begins! Your friendly Canadian Tour Guide will start off the tour with introductions and games so you can meet the other passengers. Hear interesting facts about Vancouver as you make your way out of the city and into the mountains! Enjoy a number of sights along the way including:
  - the scenic Coquihalla Highway
  - Bridal Falls - Shuswap Lake & Sicamous
  - Drive through the Northern part of the Okanagan Valley, Canada's desert!
• Dinner stop in Kamloops 
• 8:30pm - Check-in at your hotel
• Evening - Relax in the outdoor hot tub, next to the large fire place or swim in the indoor pool. Then join your guide for a fire and marshmallow roast!

Day 2   Sicamous to Banff

• Breakfast at your hotel (included)
• 7:30am - Depart Sicamous
• Morning - Drive through the beautiful snow-capped peaks of Mount Revelstoke National Park & Glacier National Park
• Visits to: Roger's Pass National Historic Site
• Explore Lake Louise! Optional ice skating or sleigh ride (seasonal)
• Afternoon - Continue your drive to Banff. Once in Banff, enjoy a driving tour of the world famous city
• 5:30pm - Check into your hotel
• Evening - Free time to enjoy the hotel's pool and hot tub, go shopping on Banff Avenue or join your guide for a night of dancing!

Day 3   Banff to Golden

• 8:30am - Option to go skiing/boarding at Lake Louise Mountain or participate in another winter activity
•  If you are not participating in an activity, check out and meet your guide for an extended tour of Banff.
• Option to soar to new heights on the Sulphur Mountain Gondola.
• Depart Banff for Golden
• Check into your hotel in Golden with free time to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and have dinner
• 9:00pm - on: Evening at leisure or dance the night away at one of the local bars

Day 4   Golden to Vancouver

• 9:00am - Depart Golden
• Stop at Craigallachie (the last spike of the Canadian Railway)
• Enjoy entertainment and games
• Stop at the Aberdeen Shopping mall for lunch and shopping
• Return to Vancouver at approximately 7:30pm

WHAT TO BRING:
* Swimsuit for heated pools and hot tubs
* WARM clothes including gloves, toque, ski pants and warm jacket - temperatures can actually drop below -15 degrees! 
* 2 pieces of ID to get into the bar
* Good/comfortable & warm walking shoes

ACCOMMODATIONWe stay in 3+ star hotels in each location. Each hotel room has a private bathroom with towels, soap and shampoo. The price is based on quad occupancy, which means 4 people sharing a room with 2 beds. You can upgrade your room type to double occupancy, single occupancy or to have your own bed in a room with three peoples for an additional cost.

MEALS
2 breakfasts are included in the price of the tour. For other meals, your tour guide will give you a list of many different dining options that will suit all budgets and meal preferences.
